The Anonymous Writer's Writing

Hello readers! 

I know it's been almost a year since I updated, and I'm not trying to make excuses, but with the new iPads the school gives us, I can't edit the site. I have a lot of new writing, but my laptop at home is totaled (it crashed), and until it's fixed, I can't upload. It's a miracle I got the blog to work. 

It's always a nice surprise to find out people have been visiting, even with no updates. So to those of you who have been checking, thank you. 

My computer should be back some time next week, so hopefully I'll be able to update soon. I want to rework the entire site, or most of it anyways. Archive some of the old stuff, and add a lot of new. 

So you can look forward to a new lay out, new writing, and a renewed vigor.

I made an account on the site that I'm going to let anyone use. PLEASE be honest and respectful. Don't use it to slander other people's work.

Hello everyone!

To start us off, thank you ALL for visting on a regular basis. I've had so many visits over the past few weeks, and I haven't even done anything new on the site. But never fear! I'm working on it. I have some new things to type up, I just haven't gotten the chance. I've been really busy with school and things like that, but that's slowing down a little, so I should have that new writing up soon.

I would like everyone to note that we have a new 'Writting' thread. 'You' - as our submitter is choosing to go by - welcome to the site. You can find their writing in the forum.

Thank you all again for being such loyal fans - assuming you are fans, which I am, because you visit.

Hello Everyone!

First of all, I would like to say thank you to all of you who visited on May 1st. That's twenty of you. That's my record of visits in one day!!!!!

Also, I have put up a new forum, 'Writting Threads'. It's for all of you members that submit a lot, and don't want to spam the Guest Writter's page. If you submit more than three pieces, you automatically get a thread.

I would ask you all to not post your writing on other's threads. But you can comment all you want. Unfortunatly, you must be a member to post or comment, so if you don't want to be known, you can make a fake email. I already have two anonymous members on the site - not counting me. I really have NO idea who they are.

This is quick. I was just alerted that you have to imput your email to comment, and I find that silly (I mean, look who's talking!). I'm working on disabling that feature, but until I do, you can either put your real email, a fake one, or 'bob@example.com'. This is just incase you don't want to use your email.

Hello everyone,

I know I mentioned I attend Sound View Camp, the most amazing place on this planet. As I'm sure some of you know, Max Denby was recently killed there. He was a kind, funny, smart, goofy councilor/volunteer at camp. He played the didgeridoo. He sang and danced and goofed off at campfire. Max was a good sport– he let a friend shave his beard into lightning bolts and polka dots. He was animated and sincere. He taught me how to shoot a bow without hurting myself or others; and then trusted me to practice to the best of my ability, without hovering. He was always watching out for us, down at the waterfront or up on the archery range – without stopping our fun. When some one was hurt, he made them laugh. But the best thing was his overwhelming, contagious love of God. Max’s faith is difficult to put into words, it surpassed boundaries, it touched everyone, friend or not. I know I won’t see him again on this earth, but when it’s my time, I know he’ll be there in heaven – sitting on the grass in his new garden, playing his didgeridoo, and chatting to God.

Rest in peace Max.

Hey everybody!

I know it's been a long time since I updated most of the pages, and I'm really sorry for that. I've been feeling decidedly un-inspired lately. But! I have been working on a new idea.

If those of you who love to write have been having trouble keeping characters straight in their mind (like me), this form will be super helpful! Wow, I sound like an adverisement.
Anyways. Fill out the form, and I'll email you the character descrition. It also helps you get the backstory of your character/characters set up. I have the same sort of thing for plot and setting.
